By and large, it was best base for sightseeing in Dubai, had much fun and met so efficient staff who did a perfect job making sure our stays there were pleasant with impeccable service. The location turned out to be magnificent and decent, adjacent to certain areas, and the center of al Barsha highs area.

Tasty breakfast for the start of the day with different varieties and fresher bakery, as example.

Enjoy your stay at First Central in Dubai. From the reception, all the staff was friendly and considerate. Following a credit card problem, the person at the reception desk did everything possible to solve the problem. The cleanliness of the place is incredible, and Leonora who took care of our room was both very smiling and efficient. The breakfasts are varied and copious. We also took advantage of the services of one of the hotel's drivers (Ali Mudassar) whom we can only warmly recommend. He drives very well and is very friendly and always does his utmost to help. The hotel is surrounded by small shops and restaurants. The subway station "Dubai Internet City" is about ten minutes walk away, very convenient to get around.

hotel's swimming pool is located on the roof. view is rather nice, wind makes it a bit unpleasant to get out of the water. swimming pool also closes quite early (18:00). balconies of the large rooms are not accessible. They are however part of the description but the door is locked and a sticker informs that for security reasons the access is forbidden. That's too bad

The location was excellent and stunning, next to super markets as well as many restaurants and cafes, in a very nice area. Everyone working at this beautifully designed and modern hotel was extremely helpful;))

The room was pretty good for the cost. Hotel close to everything (metro, restaurant and supermarket).

Women on the merry-go-round who forget to put certain everyday products back on. Nearby mosque that you can hear at 3:00 and 5:00 in the morning.

The hotel is not ready yet Door access cards not working each time you want to enter your room the hotel staff should open the room by master key. Hotel staff can not control the work load Water leakage from the air condition I stayed in room one night without water supply in the bathroom before they switch me at mid night. Noisy sound from the air condition. Very slow room services you need at least 5 calls and 2 hours to get your request. Bad smell from the sewer in some floors. You can hear the music in the hallway from your room. Elevators very slow and not smart you should press your floor number each time when it is stopped

Suite is compact, has a clean bathroom.

Great rooftop pool.

No cleaning room. Everyday urgument with house keeper

the menu of the restaurant and the cuisine in general: all dishes offered are spicy, some too spicy.

The room had a nice view, but the bathroom lacked proper maintenance.

Well-appointed rooms, reasonably priced, with internet, enough basic essentials like toilet paper and balcony.

Its a good hotel but at least if not complementory then paid water should be kept in the room. Not all required and sufficient items available.

Location

No wifi in the room. Tv channels were mostly Arabic. Aircon was not working optimally.
